There are 3 reasons why Phnom Penh in 2022 is better than Phnom Penh in the 1980s. Cambodia is a developing country. As we can see in general, most of the people in Phnom Penh are able to use modern technology such as iPhone, iPad, and computers.The first one is roads. Before, the roads were all dusty, most places have holes so people can't walk properly. Well now, we have modern roads made of cement, we also barely see any holes so people can now walk or drive vehicles properly. Second, in the 1980s, there weren't any much water available, so it is a bit hard to find clean water to drink. While the current year, we have clean water to drink and clean shower water to shower with. The last reason is, entertainments. Before, there were not many options, most of the markets that are opened are sometimes wet. There were not many clubs and bars in that year, most of them are ran by gangsters. However, in 2022, we have plenty of malls, convenience stores, family parks, dance halls, privately owned bars and clubs, lots of casinos. To sum up the topic, in the year 2022 is much better than the 1980s because it has lots of things and buildings that in the 1980s doesn't.
